LTAF was instrumental in envisioning and bringing to completion a new Mobile Kitchen for Boston's Museum of Science. The Kitchen debuted publicly in April 2019.
The state-of-the-art fully functional kitchen will be used to highlight the all the ways the food and science collide –– from why basics like egg whites turn white to all the tools of molecular gastronomy. It will be a learning lab to teach the physics, chemistry, anthropology, and environmental impact of food on our lives and our planet.
